Freedom to travel again- ain't it great!

Welcome back to the Sunshine Coast. After a pretty rough couple of years for so many people, it is great to see the smiling faces again of so many long term customers, those who have re-connected with us and those who are hiring cars with us for the first time.

A number of things have changed as a result of Covid - 19. In order to reduce and minimise face to face contact for health reasons and maximise safety for staff and customers alike, we have switched to a 'minimum contact' model. No longer do we pick up our customers and bring them back to our office to complete the booking process. Instead it is all completed online before your arrival. Generally our customers will now finalise their bookings with us and pay for their hire the day before we supply the car. Handover of the car is therefore streamlined and our customers are on their way within minutes of receiving the car; generally at the Sunshine Coast Airport. This process is much quicker and easier for our customers and is proving to be a very popular process.

Vehicle return options may vary, depending on the time of day, however we now ask that during Office Hours, after refueling the car locally, customers drop off family and luggage at the Sunshine Coast Airport Terminal. The hirer then returns to our office where a staff member will Check In the car and drive the hirer back to the departures terminal. A quick and trouble free process.*

* For further information on our 'No Contact' / 'Low Contact' streamlined car hire Pick-up processes, please contact our office on (07) 5450 5090. To ensure 'no delay' car pick-up, we ask that all customers provide all requested details at the point when the car hire is booked and you are expecting a confirmed reservation. This will also require each customer choosing the Insurance Excess Reduction Package that best suits them. In order to ensure a quick and streamlined service our office staff require all requested details before the day the hire commences, at the latest. Failure to provide requested details before arrival, whether the vehicle Pick-up is during office hours or After Hours, will result in the vehicle not being delivered to the airport for you in a timely manner; or at all if an After Hours pick-up. After Hours procedures remain the same as we have been doing for some time now. Out of hours Pick-ups and Drop-offs will generally be done via a public car park at the airport or via special arrangement, from outside our office. Please confirm arrangements with our Office staff before your hire. You will receive a text from us confirming the location of your car for After Hours Pick-ups. Thank you.
