On day of car return mentioned to owner that my ears had caused me huge pain upon descent when I arrived 11 days ago. She said "hop in I will run you to the shops to buy Airwave, a chewing gum that has a strong flavour when chewed."
And did just that. (works really well, by the way!)
Also noticed that the internal parcel shelf was not in car after I had picked car up. Rang in and staff member offered to drop by my accommodation after work to instal it. She did just that, smiling all the time. Excellent extra service from this business that will be remembered and discussed in the future.

My family and I are surfers and this mob have vehicles with fixed surf racks, or if you prefer, you can fit soft racks to the car to carry your boards around. The name is no lie, we've had great cars at a price that cannot be matched. Get a quote from them! The cars have all been exceptionally clean and reliable - no issues.
